What We Need From You
To make setup smooth and efficient, we just need:
- A flat surface for the course
- Access for our small trailer to get close to the setup area
(the holes are solid and not light to carry long distances)
If you’re unsure whether your space will work, we’re happy to guide you.
What Happens If the Weather Turns Bad?
Melbourne weather can be unpredictable — but we’ve got options.
1. Use a Covered Space
A double garage or similar covered area can fit all 9 holes.
2. Reschedule Easily
If the forecast looks poor a few days out, we can simply choose a new date.
3. Use Our Marquee
If the party must go ahead in the rain for an additional cost we can set up our 6m x 3m marquee, which fits 6 of the 9 holes comfortably.
Pricing
Two‑Hour Hire — $530
Each Additional Hour — $150
Includes:
- Delivery, setup and packdown
- All clubs, balls and scorecards
- Staff member onsite to help run the fun
Travel:
Bookings more than 30 minutes from Bonbeach may incur a small travel surcharge.
Seasonal Note:
Prices may increase slightly during December due to peak demand.
